The Heated Pool
The heated pool spans 11 meters, complemented by sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower — everything you need for a perfect day of relaxation.

The house and pool are positioned to catch the sun from morning coffee to the last evening light. When you need a break from the heat, there’s always a shaded spot close by, around the house or by the pool.

Terraces & Outdoor Kitchen
Several terraces and lounge areas give you a place for every moment of the day, in every season. Breakfast in the morning sun, a book in the shade, drinks before dinner. And with the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, cooking and dining outside in the evening sun is easy.

The living room is made for long evenings: large, comfortable linen sofas, deep armchairs and a carefully chosen collection of art and paintings. Together they give the house a character of its own, unlike any other villa.

A bright, inviting dining room with seating for six, opening straight onto the terrace and outdoor kitchen. Dinner can begin in the warm evening air and end by candlelight indoors, whichever way the night takes you.
